POP MART Cherry Hill Mall is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Associate dedicated to delivering memorable shopping experiences. You will connect with customers, provide product recommendations, and represent POP MART's world of designer toys and collectibles.

The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and driving store performance through upselling and loyalty programs, with an emphasis on accuracy in transactions and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming guests and building authentic customer relationships.
• Share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectible characters, product collections, promotions, and membership program.
• Educate customers on collectibles, Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, accessories, limited editions and launches.
• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing inventory, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety on the sales floor and backroom.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach daily sales goals and store objectives.
