POP MART is hiring a Retail Sales Associate at Cherry Hill Mall. You will serve as brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service, building genuine connections with customers, and helping drive store performance through product knowledge and storytelling.

You will engage customers in POP MART's world of designer toys and collectibles, manage merchandising and inventory, and contribute to a welcoming, organized shopping environment. Prior retail or customer-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting guests and building authentic customer relationships.
• Educate customers on POP MART's world of collectible art toys and memberships.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and product knowledge.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately.
• Assist with stock, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Support Robo Shop replenishment when needed.
