Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail or service experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with learning new point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide brand ambassador service and product recommendations.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store upkeep.
• Cross-train for Robo Shop replenishment as needed.
