Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates who are passionate about creating memorable shopping experiences. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service, building genuine connections, and helping drive store performance through product knowledge and storytelling.

You will educate customers on our collectible culture, process transactions, and support inventory and merchandising duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Confidently share POP MART's brand story, artist collaborations, and product collections.
• Educate customers on collectibles, blind boxes, MEGA collections, and new launches; upsell where appropriate.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Receive shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintain stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized store presentation and ensure safety on the sales floor and backroom.
• Cross-train to support Robo Shop replenishment as needed.
