Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates for the Somerset Collection location. You will serve as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service, building genuine connections with customers, and helping drive store performance through product knowledge, storytelling, and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic customer relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectible characters, product collections, promotions, and membership program.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, including Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, accessories, limited editions, and new product launches.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs, making personalized product recommendations, upselling, and achieving store goals.
• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing inventory, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, organization, and safety on the sales floor and backroom.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales goals and an outstanding customer experience.
