Job summary

Hobby Lobby is seeking a Designer / Stylist to visually style photography and video sets for web, packaging, and more. A creative self-starter who can translate ideas into compelling imagery. You will work on a range of projects, sketch and mock up sets, and research trends to inspire teams.

Collaborating with leadership, clients, and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure final designs meet department and brand standards while maintaining a high standard of creative execution.

• Professional styling experience is helpful.
• Experience working on a close-knit team.

• Extremely comfortable with researching craft, design, and marketing trends for inspiration.

What you will do

• Develop styled sets and crafts using a variety of products, tools, and materials.

• Review final designs to ensure project objectives have been met and are consistent with Department/Corporate Brand Standards.

Job Description - Requirements

Education and Experience

• Experience or qualifications in a related field, and/or demonstrated professional‑quality are, crafting, styling, and/or DIY skills.
• Professional styling experience helpful.
• Experience working on a close‑knit team.
