They set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media. The role delivers personalized styling and fit advice, builds lasting customer relationships, and supports department merchandising and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels.
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage and grow a customer base.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and provide honest styling and fit guidance.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Open new rewards accounts and collaborate with the team; occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus.
• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and the ability to excel in a team environment.
