Uses technology and social media to engage customers and support sales while collaborating with the team to fulfill orders and merchandise the floor.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual and department sales goals through in-store and digital selling channels
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide styling and fit recommendations
• Engage customers via text and social media to drive sales and service
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, perform price markdowns, and keep the department customer ready
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow customer relationships
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
