  • Entry Level: $73,000
  • Mid-level: $84,000 - $104,000
  • Senior Level: $109,000 - $142,000

Ranges are per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. Responsible for technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in the functional discipline and its practical application, with detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provides in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement engineering activities and programs.
  • Provides technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
  • Manages engineering issues from initial assessment to resolution.
  • Performs engineering and technical tasks as assigned by supervision, applying general engineering principles.
  • Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work, proper configuration management, and adherence to standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes in plans and specifications.
  • Conducts independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses in support of technical projects and programs.
  • Recommends equipment, new concepts, and techniques to improve performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, correct design or material flaws, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Assoc Engineering Analyst/E01: 4-year technical degree OR 2-year technical degree with 1+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years nuclear experience.
  • Engineering Analyst/E02: 4-year technical degree with 2+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR 2-year technical degree with 3+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years applicable nuclear experience.
  • Engineering Analyst/E03: 4-year technical degree with 5+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR 2-year technical degree with 7+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR high school diploma with a minimum of 8 years nuclear experience.
