Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture required.
• 5-8+ years of experience.
• Portfolio required for full consideration.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of project complexity to contribute to team success.
• Develops creative design ideas and solutions with the design team.
• Coordinates drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Analyzes product research and identifies material selections.
• Presents design concepts to clients and prepares materials.
• Implements a creative approach to complete tasks within schedule and budget.
• Reviews work for accuracy and compliance with the Project Delivery Manual.
• Supports growth of others.
• Coordinates with partners and consultants.
