Perkins & Will's Boston studio is seeking a Designer III to contribute advanced design knowledge and lead design efforts within a collaborative, research-driven environment.

You will coordinate drawings from schematic design to construction documents, analyze research for material selections, and craft compelling presentations for clients and teams. The role emphasizes growth, multidisciplinary coordination, and adherence to project goals and standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant design experience at architectural studio.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Preparing for ARE and active involvement in AXP.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design ideas and solutions as part of the design team.
• Coordinate drawings for schematic design through construction documents.
• Analyze product research and identify material selections.
• Prepare client and non-client design presentation materials.
• Review work for accuracy and code compliance per the Project Delivery Manual.
• Coordinate with partners and consultants.
• Participate in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups.
• Support growth of others on the team.
