The Designer III serves as the primary resource for time-intensive design and drawing/modeling tasks for producing construction documents. The Designer III operates in a fast-paced environment where a disciplined nature, resourcefulness, and attention to detail are critical. The Designer III position represents the highest level within the production designer career path and is expected to perform advanced drafting, design, and plan development responsibilities with minimal supervision. The individual will have the opportunity to be exposed to Product Development and to take an active part in the development and maintenance of process and procedures.**PRIMARY DUTIES:*** Drafting, Design, and Plan Development + Prepare Site Specific Construction Documents + Revise Construction Documents as directed + Adhere to Drafting Standards and job timelines + Participate in Plan Development as directed + Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of drafting standards, modeling tools, templates, and production processes.* Project Tracking and Communication + Maintain log of work performed + Effectively track time and job status to maintain efficient workflow + Efficient and Competent use of project tracking software + Communicate effectively with Associate.
