SUMMARY:The Designer I is under the direct stewardship of the Sr. Production Manager. The Designer I supports drafting, design, and plan development activities by assisting in the preparation of construction documents and project deliverables under the guidance of experienced team members and department leadership. The Designer I operates in a fast-paced environment where a disciplined nature, resourcefulness, and attention to detail are critical. The Designer I position is intended as entry level, where individuals will have the opportunity to learn overall Core Values and be introduced to discipline specific standards.
