Job Location: WFA - Bentonville, AR

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform architectural assignments focused on construction document production and coordination with regulatory authorities to gain necessary approval for construction.
- Assist in construction administration tasks leading to project completion under supervision for training and development.
- Work independently to deliver completed construction documents for various client and project types, providing high-quality service across all design phases.
- Communicate effectively to demonstrate expertise when discussing design challenges or projects internally and externally.
- Lead research, development, and drafting of construction documents to support client building programs.
- Evaluate and recommend architectural design solutions, making independent decisions on complex design problems.
- Manage all aspects of construction administration to ensure project completion.
Additional Duties include:
- Mentor and supervise team members.
- Produce accurate construction documents with minimal supervision, reviewing own work.
- Develop skills in specifications writing and compilation.
- Conduct building code analysis and research regulatory requirements to identify design constraints.
- Present design options and alternatives to clients.
- Collaborate with municipalities to secure permits and entitlements.
- Respond to Contractor Requests for Information.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with design intent.
- Manage staff and projects, establishing milestones, directing duties, and overseeing quality control.
- Communicate directly with clients and manage bids from contractors and consultants.
- Perform constructability reviews and resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, and design.
- Prepare proposals for services based on client needs.
- Assist in developing and managing project budgets.
