The role you will contribute:

The Visual Designer is responsible for executing creative and digital deliverables. Reporting to the Manager of Visual Design, this role supports concept and creative development for complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all campaign components, delivering concepts and final artwork on time and within budget. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm innovative ideas suitable for the message, audience, and budget, contributing to project design, storyboards, and functional design solutions. Create and develop a variety of digital and print projects, including website and microsite design, email templates, social media ads, infographics, videos, interactive media, and print materials.

• Maintain organized records of projects and final artwork, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Monitor project statuses daily and communicate any delays or issues to leadership.
• Manage individual projects throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Additional skills and experience:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, Power Query
• Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Experience with QlikSense, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• 2+ years in project management, data visualization, UX/UI design
• Experience in healthcare analytics and business-related fields is preferred
