Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design process from color, concept, print direction, and silhouette to product execution
• Shop the market for trend research and to conduct competitive analysis
• Work with graphic artists to decide print and patterns
• Develop color CADs and line plans
• Execute trend presentations
• Work with technical team and production team to approve and ensure quality/fit of all product
• Ensure data is maintained in PLM

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of related experience in kids design
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Fine Arts
• Strong proficiency in Adobe CS
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
