The American Society of Interior Designers is seeking an Apparel Designer for boyswear. You will research inspiration, develop new concepts for boys apparel, sketch ideas, and prepare technical packages and samples.

Responsibilities include creating cohesive seasonal collections, producing flats, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners to refine designs for production.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years’ experience as an Apparel Designer for baby and/or Toddler.
• Technical knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, prints, colors, and trims.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Develop flats and sketches for all designs as part of a cohesive seasonal collection aligned with the brand’s overall aesthetic and vision

• Collaborate with other Apparel Designers and cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with external partners
• Lead sample review sessions, provide recommendations, note feedback, and update sketches as necessary

Boys Designer Overview:

As the Apparel Designer, you will be responsible for researching inspiration, developing new apparel design concepts for boys baby and toddler programs, sketching ideas, creating technical packages, and overseeing samples.

Boys Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop flats and sketches for all designs as part of a cohesive seasonal collection aligned with the brand’s overall aesthetic and vision
