Job summary

The North Face, a VF brand, is seeking a Designer – Collaborations and Speed in Denver. You will elevate design across apparel, equipment and footwear, focusing on rapid opportunities that meet business needs while maintaining brand DNA and performance aesthetics.

You will work with cross-functional partners, develop tech-packs, and contribute ideas from concept through milestones, ensuring detailed, high-quality outcomes for lifestyle and performance products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in apparel (outerwear and sportswear), equipment or footwear design
• Strong product acumen with working knowledge of apparel product development processes, including design, development, sourcing and manufacturing
• Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Elevate design expression and create best-in-industry collaboration products across apparel, equipment and footwear
• Work on quick turn opportunities meeting business needs
• Collaborate with design team and cross-functional partners on research, concepts, product design, tech-packing and BOM creation
• Design a broad range of products in collaboration with the Collaboration team and partners; present work at milestones with feedback
• Understand brand aesthetic, DNA, materials, fit, costs and consumer/business needs
• Contribute to team reviews, workshops and milestones
