Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of apparel design experience (outerwear/sportswear)
• Passion for performance and lifestyle archetypes
• Strong product acumen with development processes
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good sketching, tech-pack creation and detail orientation
• Experience researching, prototyping, and concepting across lifestyle and performance products
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving with a values-driven approach
• High agility and adaptability
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to elevate design expression for apparel, equipment and footwear
• Work on quick-turn opportunities to meet business needs
• Contribute to seasonal research, concepts, product design, tech-packing and BOM creation
• Collaborate with the Collaboration team and partners on broader product ranges
• Present design work at milestones and incorporate feedback
• Understand brand aesthetics, materials, fit, cost engineering and consumer needs
• Participate in team reviews, workshops and milestone discussions
