Job summary

The North Face, a VF Corporation brand, is seeking a Designer – Youth Apparel in Denver. You will support the Youth/Lifestyle design team on seasonal concepts, research, and tech-packing, while ensuring brand DNA and product quality across Snow, Climb, Trail and lifestyle lines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in apparel design, preferably Youth
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Youth apparel experience preferred but not required; relevant design experience valued
• Strong knowledge of outerwear and sportswear design and product construction

Responsibilities

• Elevate design expression and create best-in-industry lifestyle apparel
• Support design team with seasonal research, concepts, and tech-packing
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and present work at seasonal gates
• Understand brand aesthetics, DNA, materials, fit, and cost engineering
• Contribute to product development from concept to finish with attention to detail
