Figma in Berlin is hiring a Designer Advocate to partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. You will bring deep design expertise and community focus to guide go-to-market strategies and ensure user voices shape product evolution.

The role covers the DACH region, with fluency in German or Polish being a plus. This full-time, hybrid position is based in our Berlin hub, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience to unlock Figma across workflows.
• Create written, visual, and video resources reflecting modern design practice.
• Foster relationships within the Figma community and nurture initiatives.
• Present at events and conferences with practical insights from design work.
• Advocate user voices to inform product decisions and improvements.
