Job summary

Revizto is seeking a Product Designer to evolve and maintain a scalable design system. You will own your portion, collaborate with Product Designers and Engineering, and contribute to documentation, patterns, and adoption.

Design QA is built into the role to ensure shipped work aligns with designs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product/UI design, a production design-system portfolio, and strong Figma expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product/ UI Designer with design-system production work.
• Portfolio showing production UI and design-system thinking.
• Strong visual craft across typography, color, spacing, grids and responsive layouts.
• Experience with design tokens, component documentation, and design QA.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility for components.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve design system components and patterns across their lifecycle.

Job description

We are looking for a Product Designer to help us evolve and maintain a consistent, scalable, and high-quality design system across the company. The system as a whole is owned by the design system lead; you will own your part of it. You will work closely with Product Designers and Engineering to improve components, patterns, documentation, and design system adoption across the product. Design QA is a standing part of this role. You will check what ships against what was designed, log and triage the gaps, and work with engineers to close them.This role is hands-on and focused on building strong design system foundations, improving consistency, reducing design debt, and helping teams use the system effectively.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar design role, including at least one year contributing to a design system in production
• A portfolio that shows production-quality UI and systematic thinking. We want to see components and patterns you have built and the reasoning behind them, not only finished screens
• Strong visual design craft and attention to detail across typography, colour, spacing systems, layout grids and responsive behaviour
• Hands-on experience contributing to, maintaining, or evolving a design system, including work with design tokens and component documentation
• Experience running design QA against a spec or a component library, and spotting UI inconsistencies and design debt
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA as it applies to components: focus states, contrast, keyboard operation, and semantics
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design work and improve workflows
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
• Located and authorised to work in Germany, France, the UK, or Armenia

Nice to have

• Experience with design audits and design-to-code workflows
• AEC/BIM domain experience
• Motion design and micro-interactions
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

Where You Will Make the Difference

• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system, including components, patterns, tokens, and documentation
• Own and improve assigned design system components and patterns throughout their lifecycle
• Support design system adoption and consistency across product teams, working to the adoption approach set by the design system lead
• Participate in Design QA and design reviews to identify visual inconsistencies, incorrect component usage, and gaps between design and implementation, then log, triage and follow those issues through to a fix with engineering
• Identify and help reduce design debt and UI inconsistencies across the product
• Create high-quality UI solutions using the design system and established product patterns when needed
• Build accessibility into the components you own, meeting WCAG 2.2 AA, and document the accessible behaviour so product teams inherit it by default
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, PMs, and Engineers to ensure designs are practical, consistent, and implemented accurately
• Share knowledge, best practices, and AI workflow experience with the design team through design reviews and team sessions
