The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital creative force, shaping the interiors of high‑end custom homes and luxury renovations across South Florida. This role allows you to collaborate directly with discerning clients, bringing their unique visions to life through exceptional design concepts. You will work within a fast‑growing, collaborative team environment where your material expertise and design precision directly impact prestigious residential projects.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Manage the complete interior design process for luxury residential renovations and custom home projects.
  • Guide clients through interior finish selections including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, paint, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Create comprehensive design boards, finish schedules, material specifications, and client presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is accurately executed on‑site.
  • Review architectural drawings, plans, and elevations to ensure precise space planning and seamless material coordination.
  • Coordinate with high‑end showrooms and vendors to source premium materials, secure quotes, and track production lead times.
  • Maintain meticulously organized project files, finish schedules, selection documents, and design records.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in residential design, interior design, or luxury design‑build environments.
  • Proven experience working directly with interior finish selections, construction details, and high‑end residential space planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and accurately analyze architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevation documents.
  • Strong experience creating comprehensive finish schedules, material specification packages, and polished client presentations.
  • Excellent professional communication skills suitable for direct, high‑touch luxury client and vendor interactions.
  • Possession of reliable transportation for regional travel to active field projects and vendor showrooms.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Advanced proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Chief Architect, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Direct hands‑on experience utilizing BuilderTrend for project management and construction selection tracking.
  • Established relationships with luxury material vendors and design showrooms throughout the South Florida region.
