This role will play a key part in shaping and evolving the brand, while delivering high-quality design solutions that support marketing, production, and business objectives.The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position will also be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality photo and video content, including product photography, action footage, and other visual assets that support the brand and marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & ExecutionLead the design and development of visual assets across marketing, branding, and productionTranslate concepts and ideas into polished, high-impact creative deliverablesEnsure all creative aligns with brand standards and overall business goalsBrand DevelopmentMaintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpointsEnsure consistency in visual messaging across campaigns and platformsContribute to the development of brand guidelines and creative systemsProject CollaborationPartner with marketing, production, and leadership teams to bring campaigns to lifePresent concepts and design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedbackManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesDesign ProductionCreate assets for digital, print, social media, presentations, and campaignsOversee file preparation, production specs, and final deliverablesSupport photo/video shoots with art direction as neededVideo & Content ProductionCapture and produce high-quality product photography, video, and action footage for marketing, social media, digital campaigns, and other brand initiativesOperate Sony camera systems and other photography/video equipment to capture polished, engaging visual contentPlan and execute product and action-oriented shoots, including composition, lighting, camera movement, and shot selectionEdit video content for social media, digital campaigns, product features, and promotional materialsCollaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and shot listsManage video footage from capture through editing, color correction, sound, and final deliveryIdentify opportunities to incorporate video and motion content into broader creative campaignsMentorship & LeadershipProvide guidance and feedback to junior designers or production staffHelp elevate overall creative quality and team outputContribute to process improvements and workflow efficienciesQualificationsExperience with Sony camera systems and professional photo/video equipmentExperience capturing and editing product and action footage5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, campaign, photography, and/or video workAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Professional experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similarWorking knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar toolsStrong understanding of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, composition, and visual storytellingExperience capturing and editing product and action footageExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesMust have a Portfolio!Physical and Work Environment Requirements:This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require the following over extended periods of time up to a full 8-hour work shift (excluding lunch and breaks): stand, walk, sit, squat or bend, kneel and rise, lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to — and occasionally exceeding — 50 pounds, view a computer or other digital screen, work on a computer, workstation or comparable system, and make accurate entries in such systems. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are required for detailed assembly and precision work. Work may take place in areas with varying temperatures or no climate control, varying noise levels, and production equipment in motion.
