Qualifications

  • 5+ years of structural/component design experience (10+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency with MiTek software.
  • Previous leadership or lead designer experience.
  • Strong understanding of structural framing and construction practices.
  • Experience reviewing and auditing designs for accuracy.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and reduce design errors.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

What You'll Do
