Job summary

Synova Group is seeking a Designated Coordinator/Services Manager In Training in Brooklyn Park, MN. This role provides leadership and management to assigned group home operations, ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for individuals served and their families.

You will oversee licensing compliance, develop person-centered plans, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with schools, health providers, and guardians.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of direct care or education experience with vulnerable adults or children.
• Valid driver’s license, access to insured vehicle, clean driving record, and ability to pass a DHS background check.
• Proven history of developing staff and managers.
• Working knowledge of 245D requirements and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Therap experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned programs and ensure licensing regulations and requirements are met.
• Review and ensure paperwork for individual team meetings is accurate; maintain records and perform routine audits.
• Coordinate with individuals and teams to develop person-centered approaches.
• Manage financial resources including budgets, payroll budgets, program accounts, and petty cash.
• Ensure health directives from healthcare professionals are implemented; inform RN about health service delivery and incidents.
• Ensure GERs, Emergency Use of Manual Restraint Forms, Behavior Intervention Reporting Forms, and Serious Injury Reporting Forms are completed per policy.
• Collaborate with Residential Director to evaluate outcomes and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Act as liaison between company and schools, hospitals, courts, probation officers, guardians, families, health providers, and other team members.
• Deliver direct care and supervision during staffing shortages.

Who are we looking for?

Applicants must:
