Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to people with disabilities or elderly.
• 2 years of relevant experience with an Associate degree.
• 3 years of relevant experience with a Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, support, and evaluate service delivery activities.
• Help clients achieve outcomes outlined in their Support Plans.
• Observe and assess direct support staff competency.
• Maintain compliance with all 245D licensing requirements.
