Schneider Electric seeks a Cost Champion to embed a cost-obsessed mindset across the full offer lifecycle, from design to procurement and supply chain. You will lead target cost and should-cost methodologies, drive governance, and coordinate divisions, hubs, and GSC to ensure disciplined execution.

This role combines strategic and operational leadership, fostering cost transparency and decision quality across the organization while supporting value-driven innovation and productivity initiatives.

Formación

• Solid understanding of product cost structure.
• Strong ability to define and challenge target cost and should-cost using reliable assumptions.
• Analytical skills to drive facts & figures decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the focal point to define, prioritize, and execute offer cost action plans for assigned division(s) / hub(s).
• Drive the offer cost leadership agenda across offer lifecycle (new and legacy).
• Lead Design-to-Cost methodologies and ensure embedding at OLM milestones.
