TE Connectivity is seeking a highly analytical Cost Driver & Project Manager to lead cost reduction initiatives across the region. You will partner with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality and Supply Chain teams to reduce product and operational costs without compromising quality.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in cost reduction or related fields, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in cost reduction / cost engineering / sourcing / operations.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize cost-down opportunities across products, materials, logistics, and processes.
• Lead cost reduction projects from ideation through implementation and tracking.
• Drive VE and DtC initiatives and develop cost roadmaps.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain to realize savings.
