Job summary

Boeing is seeking an experienced engineer to develop and support design solutions for new capabilities in a rigorous testing and analysis environment. You will plan and document tests, analyze results, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include collaborating with systems and customers, performing root-cause analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement in design and test methods across lab, production, and field settings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent related field.
  • 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year of leadership experience.

Position Responsibilities

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in design, test methods, and analysis techniques.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
  • 1 year of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Experience in engineering design, testing, data analysis, or verification and validation activities.
  • Proficiency with engineering tools, test equipment, and data analysis software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range: Level 4: $136,850-$185,150.
