Job summary

Perkins & Will Atlanta is seeking a motivated Digital Practice Specialist II to advance the studio's design technology and delivery capabilities. You will work with the Digital Practice Manager to implement strategies across multiple projects and promote adoption of new tools and workflows.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and readiness to obtain LEED GA within 6 months.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in design technology or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related design field is required.
LEED GA certification expected within 6 months of hire.
Professional accreditation in Living Design preferred (LEED AP, etc.).
Active involvement in ARE/AXP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Digital Practice Manager to develop and implement technology strategies across projects.
Promote adoption of emerging tools, workflows, and standards firmwide.
Lead design technology initiatives and support business development opportunities.
Conduct training sessions and continuing education workshops.
Deliver digital design assistance and troubleshooting for design teams.
Manage digital quality assurance to ensure consistent modeling and usage.
Document and share workflows, standards, and use cases across the studio.
Participate in planning digital innovation initiatives at studio and firm levels.
Continuously expand expertise through vendor engagement and research.
