Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the studio's Digital Practice Manager.
• Develops project-specific implementation strategies with design teams.
• Provides ongoing support for digital design workflows.
• Ensures quality assurance with project teams.
• Assists with technology training and workshops.
• Promotes local adoption of new technologies.
• Coordinates application support with IT infrastructure.
• Participates in digital design innovation planning.
• Maintains knowledge of technology trends.

Skills

Familiarity with design workflows and digital delivery processes

Ability to support project teams and assist with technical problem-solving

Ability to communicate effectively (written, oral, and graphic)

Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Eagerness to learn new design technologies and workflows

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

LEED GA within 6 months of hire

Professional accreditation in Living Design (preferred)

Active involvement in AXP or starting the ARE Process (preferred)
