Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience combining product-design judgment with front-end development capability.
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and technical execution, incl. AI-assisted tools.
- Proficiency in translating designs into functional prototypes and coded experiences.
Responsibilities
- Envision and deliver solutions aligned with business goals while providing safe, intuitive user experiences.
- Lead analysis of user needs and define experience requirements across domains.
- Bridge design and engineering with functional coded prototypes to de-risk go-to-market and feasibility.
- Collaborate with product managers, owners, and developers to validate experiences with customers and patients.
- Bring design competencies to the cross-functional team and maintain a consistent brand experience.
