Job summary

Floorology is seeking a Project Coordinator (Design & Technical Support) in Wisconsin to support design-build projects. You will translate design intent into accurate layouts, 3D models, and documentation while tracking timelines, changes, and approvals.

Qualifications

Experience with space planning and 3D design software.
Proficiency with Chief Architect or Bluebeam.
Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
Ability to interpret design intent, field conditions, and construction constraints.
Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and modify space plans, layouts, and construction-ready drawings.
Develop and update 3D models and renderings using Chief Architect, Bluebeam, and related tools.
Translate design concepts into accurate plans for client review and installation.
Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and internal deadlines; maintain project files and approvals.
Communicate next steps and timeline impacts to clients and internal teams; support vendor coordination.
