Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• US architectural licensure required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in architectural practice.
• Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use projects with retail and multi-family components.
• Experience on CMAR or similar collaborative delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, documentation standards, construction coordination, and project delivery workflows.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical issues through construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural construction-phase services for a large-scale mixed-use development.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure design intent, functionality, safety, and quality during construction.
• Review and oversee architectural documentation, including drawings, specs, and construction docs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards.
• Support construction teams by responding to RFIs and coordinating with contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines, contractors, and client stakeholders to address technical delivery challenges.
• Contribute to quality assurance and risk management during construction.
