Job summary

Isi-Design-and-Installation-Solutions,-Inc. is seeking an Associate Designer to support the Design Studio and guide new homebuyers through interior finish selections.

You will assist with color coordination, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and related design elements while providing administrative support and ensuring showroom displays stay current and inviting.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

This role contributes to a positive, welcoming, and innovative design experience by helping homebuyers navigate what can be an exciting but complex process. The Associate Designer assists with color selections and interior finish options, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and related design elements.Essential FunctionsDesign Center & Administrative SupportSupports design center processes.Provides administrative support, including preparing designer files for appointments and assisting with data entry and documents management.Provide Design support based on demand and volume.Accurately record product selections using established department procedures, systems, and practices.Adhere to and manage builder time frames for lot file submission.Showroom & Product ManagementMay work with Design Center Manager and vendors to correctly sample and display programs in showrooms.
