Job summary

California Closets Nashville is seeking a Sales & Design Manager to lead approx 10 Design Consultants, drive sales growth, and shape the team's development. This hands-on role requires strong sales background, data analysis, and the ability to translate insights into action that improves revenue and conversion.

You will represent the brand in the Nashville community, collaborate with operations, and lead monthly sales meetings while coaching and retaining top talent.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant sales experience with proven goals attainment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
• Ability to read P&L statements and inform business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM reporting and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, sales reporting, and daily admin to hit goals.
• Coach and develop Design Consultants with monthly goal setting and reviews.
• Analyze lead sources to improve conversion and drive growth.
• Review sales and financial results with GM and adjust priorities.
• Ensure CRM usage, accurate records, and timely follow-up.
• Lead monthly sales meetings focused on training and results.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention; address performance concerns.
