The Tile Shop in Florence, KY is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to greet customers, build relationships, and help them select tile and related products. You will learn product installation basics to educate customers and drive repeat business.

In a fast-paced, commission-based environment, you’ll contribute to meeting personal and store sales goals while presenting a polished, design-conscious image.

• Proactively greet customers professionally

• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
