You will lead the design process, ensure design intent is delivered on time and on budget, and work with a collaborative team or independently to solve problems. Responsibilities include developing project management plans with stakeholders, leading design and owner meetings, managing resources and schedules, handling consultant contracts, and mentoring junior staff to uphold design excellence and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture is required.
• Proven track record leading and coordinating a diverse team with collaborative leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project management plan for each phase with periodic oversight.
• Lead project management efforts throughout design and construction.
• Manage design meetings, owner/client meetings and project team meetings.
• Establish agendas, document decisions and next steps.
• Develop resource plans and manage internal and consultant resources.
• Manage consultant contracts and scopes, including proposals and selections.
• Track design schedule and milestones with the director and staff.
• Oversee Owner Authorization to Proceed for each design phase.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Mentor junior staff and foster collaborative teamwork.
