• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Home Products or a related field.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience in project management within a product development or design environment.
• Experience with Smartsheet or Basecamp.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and interdependencies.
• Forecast team capacity and advise leadership on staffing constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and align plans with product teams.
• Document decisions, track milestones, and report project status and risks.
• Support financial stewardship by evaluating project value and resources against design capacity.
