Helen of Troy is seeking a Project Manager, Design to support the Home & Outdoor Design organization, including brands OXO, Hydro Flask and Osprey. The role collaborates with the Senior Director and cross-functional teams to drive schedules, resources, and financial stewardship in a dynamic product development environment.

You will maintain project plans, forecast capacity, manage risks, and document decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Home Products or a related field.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet or Basecamp.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Identify risks, anticipate obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Forecast team capacity and advise leadership on staffing needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and schedules with leadership and product teams.
