Job summary

ProSites is seeking a Design Project Manager for the Accounting Vertical to lead day-to-day design team activities and manage inbound custom design queues for the CPA Site Solutions product line.

You will collaborate with design, sales, and support teams, assign work in Salesforce, and help evolve workflows and wireframes for custom design. Strong Adobe CS, Salesforce, and web design experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in design project management or related field.
• BA/BFA in design (or equivalent training)
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Responsive web design experience
• Familiarity with jQuery and JavaScript
• Experience working in the MS Windows environment

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the design team including queue scheduling, process improvements, and updates.
• Participate in design and coding activities for client-facing work.
• Assign work for incoming cases and projects from Salesforce.
• Evolve custom workflows and wireframe models for design.
• Liaise between design, sales, and support to communicate design requirements.
• Contribute to design discussions and critiques to improve the product.
• Assist with marketing projects and print collateral as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Liaison between the design team, sales and support teams, helping the other teams understand how to sell and communicate design
• Actively involved in design discussions and critiques to help improve product.
• Help with marketing projects and print collateral as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Key Skills, Knowledge And Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in design project management, web design, digital design, or a related field, including experience managing projects, workflows, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• A BA/BFA in design (or equivalent training)
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS) Applications and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated knowledge of Saleforce.com
• Responsive web design experience.
• Familiarity with jQuery and JS.
• Experience working in the MS Windows environment

Physical/Mental Requirements For The Job

• Prolonged periods of sitting
• May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary
• Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
