Job summary

Gryd seeks a Design Project Coordinator to join the Delivery Team, GrydDigital. You will coordinate pre-development and rendering projects, review drawings, and ensure smooth information flow between internal teams, external partners, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination, strong communication, and familiarity with 2D/3D workflows. This full-time, permanent role starts February 2026 with reporting to Senior Project Manager & Team Lead - GrydDigital.

Qualifications

Experience with vector-based 2D software and 3D modelling/rendering workflows.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
1–3 years in project coordination or digital production.
Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery of pre-development and rendering projects to keep timelines on track.
Review drawings to support accurate modelling and rendering work.
Serve as central point of coordination across delivery workflows.
Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
Maintain clear project organization and documentation for scalable delivery.
