Design & Project Coordinator

Oak & Arrow Homes is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Design & Project Coordinator to support our residential remodeling projects from concept through construction.

We primarily focus on whole-home remodeling, with custom homes as an area we hope to grow into over time. This role will work closely with our owner, designers, and project management team to coordinate projects, support the design process, keep details organized, and help create a smooth experience for our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in interior design, design coordination, project coordination, or construction administration who wants to take on a broader role and grow into light design and project management responsibilities.

This is a hands-on position within a small, stable team where your work will have a direct impact on both our projects and client experience.

What You'll Do

Design & Project Coordination

• Support the design process from client kickoff through construction handoff.
• Assist with design-related tasks, selections, specifications, and project documentation.
• Provide light design and design assistant support as needed.
• Schedule client and team meetings and coordinate calendars.
• Prepare and send client communications, kickoff information, and follow-ups.
• Keep project schedules, selections, specifications, and documentation organized.
• Coordinate information between clients, designers, project management, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Track outstanding decisions, information, and action items to keep projects moving.

Project & Administrative Support

• Support the Project Manager with project coordination and documentation.
