• Fifteen or more years of work experience, with a significant proportion in product design.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading design programs through a phase-gate process.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, global design programs for interactive touch-display products and embedded systems.
• Lead cross-functional development from concept through manufacturing with a phase-gate approach.
• Oversee manufacturing processes and related testing (SMT, ICT, FVT, HLA).
• Develop engineering and design project proposals including scope, milestones, and risks (RACI).
• Manage budgets, NRE, resources, forecasts, and change management; communicate with customers and suppliers.
