Jabil is seeking a Product Engineer to own and optimize the basic manufacturing processes on the site. You will facilitate other engineers, drive implementation, provide training, and troubleshoot the assigned process to ensure manufacturing excellence.

You will play a key role in leading the engineering team, aligning with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and advancing continuous improvement within the EMS environment.

This individual is also responsible for the implementation, support, training, and troubleshooting for the process being assigned in their facility. This position is assigned to an individual who has the profile to understand the scope of all the manufacturing chain process and the implications of each change and be considered to be a leader within the engineering team. The Product Engineer is responsible for ensuring excellence on the assigned manufacturing process, as determined by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
