Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a project or program manager.
• Knowledge of design and product lifecycles from roadmap to release.
• Experience collaborating with designers, PMs and engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, tracking and delivery across design and product initiatives.
• Ensure design deliverables align with product requirements.
• Facilitate communication across marketing, data and research.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for scalable workflows.
• Scope design requests from product and communicate with stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
• Lead meetings to drive progress, resolve issues and map next steps.
