Job summary

NBCUniversal’s Global Streaming Product team is seeking a seasoned UX/Product Designer to shape the subscription journey across Peacock, NOW, and Sky Showtime. You’ll join a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary group focused on delivering delightful experiences and rapid experimentation.

You will collaborate with designers, PMs, engineers and researchers to design end-to-end flows, prototyping new concepts and testing with customers across web, mobile, and TV apps. Hybrid work is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience in UX/Product Design.
• Online portfolio reflecting shipped/in-market products.
• Advanced expertise with design tools (Figma, Adobe CC).
• Experience designing across web, mobile, TV and other platforms.
• Knowledge of consumer-facing digital product best practices and tools.
• Ability to ground decisions with data and user feedback.
• Fast-paced, iterative, collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end designs for checkout, sign-in and account management moments.
• Collaborate with product designers, PMs, engineers and other partners to test and deliver features.
• Translate requirements into new or connected user flows.
• Lead ideation workshops, competitive analysis and concept brainstorming.
• Develop prototypes for testing with customers.
• Advance the fidelity of UX flows and handle edge cases across devices.
• Contribute a human-centered design perspective to team discussions.
