Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Design & Development to lead lifestyle accessory design across multiple brands, including bags, footwear, jewelry, and more. You will drive concept through production, leveraging 3D design, tech packs, and AI-assisted workflows to deliver brand-right products.

You will partner with licensees, vendors, and internal teams, shaping creative direction, managing approvals, and ensuring timely delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design and development.
• Experience creating detailed tech packs and product specifications.
• Strong proficiency in 3D design, rendering, and visualization tools.
• Experience using AI design tools in product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of lifestyle accessory categories across multiple brands.
• Use 3D design, tech packs, and AI tools to bring concepts to life from ideation to production.
• Collaborate with licensees, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure brand standards and business objectives.
• Manage product approvals, provide actionable design feedback, and drive on-time delivery.
