Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Design & Development to lead the design, development and execution of lifestyle accessory categories across licensed and in-house brands. You will guide 2D/3D concepts, tech packs, and AI-assisted tools from ideation through production, ensuring brand standards and market viability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, licensees, and vendors, driving creative direction, product quality, and timely launches in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design and development.
• Experience creating detailed tech packs and product specifications.
• Proficient in 3D design, rendering, and product visualization.
• Experience using AI design tools in product development.
• Strong drawing, illustration, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to lead product development from concept to production.
• Excellent Mac and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
